\xc2\xb7 Due to the job nature in volunteer engagement, you are required to work on selected weekends

Offered Salary

• S$4,500 to S$5,200 per month

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 People person with great interpersonal and communications skills and enjoys interacting with people to create deep conversations to help with identifying of captivating human interest stories for documentation

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in marcomms and knowledgeable in content creation for video and social media platforms eg. TikTok, FB reels and Instagram will be advantageous. (Applicants will be required to submit their writing and video samples/portfolio)

\xc2\xb7 Possess a good and creative eye for design, attention for details and familiar with basic graphic design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)

\xc2\xb7 Being able to trend-spot, create artworks and video content to highlight organization\xe2\x80\x99s volunteering opportunities and can identify suitable opportunities to drive recruitment

\xc2\xb7 Able to work both in a team and independently

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with adapting quickly to changing requirements

\xc2\xb7 Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented and pleasant personality



Role Summary

\xc2\xb7 To support publicity campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive volunteer recruitment as part of organization\xe2\x80\x99s KPI\xe2\x80\x99s objective of 6,500 volunteers by FY26

\xc2\xb7 To highlight and increase awareness of NLB volunteers and volunteering opportunities by enhancing the brand positioning of organization as a preferred volunteering destination

\xc2\xb7 To improve internal processes, improve efficiency and contribute to an overall volunteer experiences

Core Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 To provide marketing and communications support to drive publicity and volunteer recruitment:

o Compile and source volunteer profiles to support identification of potential media stories for publicity showcases and award nominations

o Facilitate the media/comms liaison with volunteers for any media/publicity opportunities

\xc2\xb7 To provide support on publicity campaigns that support volunteer recruitment:

o To project manage the end-to-end video production or photo shoot arrangement that requires working with various stakeholders to identify and schedule volunteers, support content creation (through storyline development to post-production editing) in ensuring deliverables are met

o To spotlight video trends and identify suitable outreach opportunities for greater reach ie. via partnerships/publicity platforms including social media to showcase online content including stories, volunteer profiles etc

\xc2\xb7 To provide basic marketing graphic design to create artwork as communications template for online and print media

\xc2\xb7 To help with planning and on-site operations support and management of volunteers including organised groups
