Job Description

We are looking for a pro-active and self-motivated individual to join the core team that oversees the land lease management for Changi Airport. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing lease documentation for land procurement from Government and allocation of development sites to private entities in Changi Airport.
• Administering tenancy allocation of airport premises to government agencies and private entities.
• Enforcement of landlord\'s rights under lease and tenancy agreements where necessary.
• Engaging in lease/tenancy negotiation, managing rental arrears and attending to general enquiries and feedback from lessees and tenants.
• Appointing and working with professional valuers on rental pricing.
• Collaborating and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute projects to support the growth of Changi Airport and our key business partners. This may include providing real estate advice, undertaking business case studies and financial analyses.
• Review of existing policies, processes and practices relating to lease and tenancy management.
• Upkeep of lease/tenancy database and documentation.

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic understanding of the Singapore conveyancing process is preferred.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
