The role of this person includes leveraging technology partnerships and networks, and working with NAC departments to:
Transform NAC\xe2\x80\x99s way of working through digitalisation
Improve NAC\xe2\x80\x99s efficiency and effectiveness through adoption of
digital tools and automation
Upskilling NAC\xe2\x80\x99s workforce through digital and tech competencies
The incumbent will drive NAC\xe2\x80\x99s digitalisation journey through the implementation of initiatives that serve to
1) improve organisational efficiency, 2) enhance service delivery and
3) increase staff\xe2\x80\x99s digital competencies.
The incumbent will play a critical role in transforming NAC to become a digitally mature organisation by leveraging technology partnerships and networks and working with NAC departments to champion the adoption of a \xe2\x80\x98Digital to the core\xe2\x80\x99 mindset, culture and practices.
Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience in relevant domain - Experience in
o organisational digital transformation and related work
o sourcing for suitable digital solutions and vendors
o planning of digital tools adoption strategy
o implementation and roll out of digital tools adoption
o design, planning and implementation of digital initiatives in the
organisation
o developing digital competencies internally within organisation
- Good understanding of tech solutions that can help with organisational
efficiency and effectiveness
- Good interest and experience in arts and technology fields - Good with Microsoft software including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, social media and digital communication platforms for public engagement and outreach Skills required: - Able to manage successful transformation projects as the Council adopts digitalisation solutions/ tools - Good project management skills - Good communication skills, both spoken and written - Good interpersonal skills and resourceful - Able to translate business units\xe2\x80\x99 requirements, perform requirement gathering to better understand and match solutions for departments\xe2\x80\x99 needs - Able to think critically and strategise systematically for the long term and to anticipate issues - Able to work in a team, integrating with staff, vendors and other government agencies to understand their requirements, and to identify key issues in complex situations and provide recommendations to relevant technical solutions
Value-Adding Qualities: - Experience in business development with strong business networks, innovation methodologies (e.g. AGILE, design thinking)
Experience and familiarity in programming, coding, game engines, 3D
software, Web 3 technologies and concepts would be an added advantage
