DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Catalogue Management

RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the FairPrice Digital Business team, we are continuously improving the way people buy their groceries online, to bring the best experience to our customers. Your role will consist of: Managing the end-to-end processes for product listings across our wide variety of products and drive process improvements and technological solutions to strengthen the way our product database is organized and structured across all business verticals. You will also interact closely with various business partners (product tech, data science, UX design & research, e-merchandise, marketplace etc.) and manage a team of ~10 people.

• Ensure on-time publishing of products to our site
• Work in close collaboration with the product and operations teams to ensure accurate depiction of product information, images and categories
• Manage seller relationships to ensure content submissions meet agreed timelines and internal guidelines
• Manage outsourced vendors to ensure processing of enhanced content meet agreed timelines and quality standards
• Improve existing processes and tools to drive best practices for creation and onboarding of new products into our systems
• Automate listing processes and ensure the team focuses on content enhancements that drive more value
• Drive new initiatives across Catalogue Management operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related fields from a reputable university
• 3 years of professional experience in one of the following fields: E-commerce, FMCG, CPG, management consulting; background in start-up environment is preferred
• Data-centric; a deep curiosity of metrics; the ability to identify the right metrics, track and report back on impact
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Google DataStudio, and preferably in SQL
• Experience in business analytics and project management
• Curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important!
