Support the Enablers Development Team in the monitoring and tracking of project and initiatives aimed at developing and strengthening AIC\xe2\x80\x99s Account Management Framework
Maintain proper documentation of the development initiatives and implement relevant projects and initiatives
Track and report on the progress of the projects undertaken by the Enablers Development Team
Organise and roll out training programmes and development platforms for account managers
Organise sharing and engagement sessions to help account managers build bonds and share best practices
Collate and report on the feedback received on the training programmes
Ensure proper documentation and production of system requirements, user guides and materials
Work closely with IT to ensure timely resolution of system issues and operability of systems for optimal user experience
Develop, review and maintain SOPs, guidelines and processes required for engagement
Develop and rollout ready-to-use toolkits and resources to better enable account managers to deliver consistent engagement to our partners
Maintain resource repositories to equip our account managers with useful materials and tools for engagement
Deliver and rollout onboarding programme for new account managers
Coordinate and support visits of AIC senior management to community partners
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Recognised Degree in any discipline with minimally 2 years of work experience or Diploma holders with at least 8 years of working experience
Relevant experience in community care and multi-agency work/healthcare industry will be an added advantage
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to engage and work well with groups from diverse backgrounds
Able to multi-task and possess strong project management skills
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
A self-starter with a sense of curiosity and strong learning agility
Resilient, agile and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
High level of initiative and able to produce results in a fast pace environment
