Support the implementation of ongoing system enhancements, perform pre-deployment testing such as User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and conduct system trainings.
Manage system issues raised by end-users, provide first-line investigation and troubleshoot, work with IT vendors to analyse and resolve the issues.
Coordinate and track the escalated cases, provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Manage service requests to IT vendors and see through the completion of request.
Provide support in system audits and compliance activities.
Continuously review the system for process improvement, provide inputs to the system/workflow design, liaise with IT vendors to maintain system design documentation.
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in process planning or system support experience
Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Possess strong analytical and diagnostic skills, meticulous with a high level of integrity.
Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player.
Efficient planning skills and an ability to adhere to deadlines.
