Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication
- Has at least 5 years working experience on doing branding and events
- Must be at least a supervisor or an assistant manager in the Marketing or Sales Department
- Must have experience on the ff. areas: Branding, Events Coordination, Public Relations, Advertising, Creative Direction, Visual Merchandising
- Knowledgeable in current marketing trends, digital marketing, brand management, multimedia platform, and marketing campaign strategy
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Creative, independent, resourceful, and can work well with pressure
- Must be keen to details
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
- Works directly with the Marketing Manager in ensuring the execution of plans, projects, strategies, and activities that are aligned with the company's vision and mission.
- Works directly with the Officers in planning events and creating strategies that would bring the company closer to its goals and targets
offline and online, and is responsible for ensuring its success> Oversees the overall success of the company's branding events, whether offline or online
- Monitors and assesses the performance and deliverables of the Officers
- Manages the Operations Support Team in ensuring support and requests of the Operations Team are met and provided for promptly.
- 8 hour shift
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Events and Branding Management: 5 years (Preferred)
