About The RoleThe Assistant Marketing Manager is a highly collaborative analytical thinker able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges. You are a key member of the marketing team and an enabler to the sales organization. The Assistant Marketing Manager will build and execute best in class marketing programs, manage the systems and assist the marketing department in the achievement of its goals.What You'll DoThis role supports brand building, product and marketing communication for all China Unicom product Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the execution of go-to-market strategies and plans including new product launches, advertising creative etc. Drive the monthly pipeline review process and preparation of the Region Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews Support monthly pipeline reviews and operating rhythm Provide internal support to Sales team and training on all of our marketing platforms Analyze data and provide recommendations for marketing effectiveness Input the data to internal systems and ensure all data reflected in system correctly Serve as key support for Sales organization from forecasting and operational perspective Processing of Sales Orders in accordance to company's terms and conditions Provide effective and efficient support to sales team Any other general sales support and administration duties assigned by reporting managerWhat we look for Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Have marketing experience preferred, ideally in Product/Brand Marketing Strong analytics and business acumen Excellent verbal and written communication skill PC literacy plus good knowledge of Microsoft Office Must have good interpersonal, self-starter and detail oriented Fast learner - ability to manage complexity and a fast business pace Strong ability to engage, influence and motivate key internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal
