About us
Kampong Flowers is a Singapore startup team that imports and distributes ethically-grown cut roses from farms with a strong commitment to sustainability. We took our first orders mid-2019 and have since steadily grown our clientele, supplying to many major retail and wedding florists, and flower enthusiasts across Singapore. Over the past two years, we've expanded our imported roses from five farms across two continents, and we're looking to further increase our presence in Singapore's floral industry with more flower varieties and products.
We believe cut flowers can be part of everyone's daily lives. To create an unforgettable floral experience for our diversity of customers, we strive to bring the widest range of cut roses from award-winning farms and craft new, original floral products and offerings that can be appreciated by anyone and anywhere.

The Job
The primary responsibility of this Job is to plan and execute customer outreach strategies including marketing and branding through social media and communication platforms.
He/she will continuously review and improve the business sales model with the Operations Manager to meet dynamic industry requirements. He/she is also expected to support daily operations as and when needed.
You should have / be

• A proactive self-starter who is passionate with the floriculture industry and resilient to pressures within a startup environment
• Ability to make informed decisions with a good understanding of the business needs and goals
• Highly organized team player with strong problem-solving skills in dynamic situations
• Strong communication skills
• Independent and comfortable to learn new systems

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
• Past experience in digital marketing, business development or floriculture is an advantage
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel
