Working with the General Manager, the Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing initiatives for our individual brands. He/she must be someone who is a strategist yet can implement ideas and plans in quick turnaround time. A highly resourceful and creative candidate, he/she should be able to come up with plans that can adapt to market changes and think out of the box, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit that constantly seek opportunities to help increase business. The candidate needs to have at least 3-5 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, PR, brand building, content management, CRM, devising F&B promotions and be able to come up with detailed Marketing plans to achieve the targets for the company. The candidate will lead the entire Marketing scopes and integrate plans for both traditional marketing, digital marketing, branding, events management and provide Marketing support for restaurant operations. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners to create solid marketing plans and serve as the primary point of contact Drive strategy and plan and execute marketing initiatives for new projects, menu changes, special menus, and branding campaigns. Devise and manage the annual marketing budgets for individual businesses. Manage promotions to drive sales, yet abide by margins for effective ROI and bottom line. Implement existing and new digital marketing platforms for business effectiveness. Propose online restaurant review platforms and vendors. Generate all local communication materials and messages, not limited to leaflets, tent cards, website design and updates, social media postings, in-house posters, digital banners, SEM, print advertising. Provide content for all communication where necessary. Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention marketing programs, web-based, database, and direct to consumer marketing. Lead wedding, corporate and other event marketing outreach. Oversee e-newsletter campaigns for the restaurants. Ensure Marketing and respective teams provide on-site event support where necessary Requirements Bachelor degree from an accredited university in business, marketing or related major is preferred. 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Dynamic team player with great collaborative and interpersonal skills. Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship building and negotiation skills. Self-starter who can work independently: displays self-confidence, enthusiasm and strong customer service orientation. Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a service-intensive, deadline-driven environment. Extremely detailed oriented while juggling multiple projects. Able to drive marketing agendas. Ability to manage photo/video shoots. Other abilities include having good judgment, able to think clearly and respond quickly, and make good decisions in pressure situations.
