Key Responsibilities Be part of Our client's marketing team to strategize and strengthen Our client's brand presence and drive growth in both brand and marketing, as well as business drivers. You will be the main lead driving marketing campaigns by strategizing, planning, and implementing marketing campaigns to accelerate Our client's brand and digital presence to effectively build brand awareness, convert prospects to users, and drive usage and adoption of Our client's services. As the main lead for Channel Marketing, you will partner closely with the performance marketing lead, to holistically plan and review Performance Marketing channels to drive marketing goals and business growth. You will also be collaborating closely with the Content lead to leverage on our social channels to drive brand affinity and business goals, and the Business Development Team on all marketing efforts required for Partnership. You will also partner closely with the marketing team to ensure a connected, one-voice approach for our brand proposition and campaign strategy. Campaigns & Channels Marketing . Develop and implement brand and marketing campaigns to grow brand and product awareness, drive new user acquisition and usage amongst existing users, aligned to business objectives for all Our client's products. . Work closely with the marketing team to build compelling narratives for Our client's products and create holistic integrated marketing concepts that can be implemented across all paid and owned channels, content-led campaigns, event-driven activities, and ongoing client engagement. . Partner with content marketing lead and in-house designer to plan and develop creative and engaging content to amplify through the various channels across various customer journey stages. . Partner with performance marketing lead on paid media approaches to drive marketing campaigns with a single-minded proposition across paid (Social, Search, Video, Programmatic etc.,) and owned media and optimize performance across full marketing funnel, to achieve target media KPIs and business outcomes. . Develop effective campaigns through well thought through campaign strategies and target audience and ensure a positive user experience from campaign to provide best customer experience. . Work closely with the Business Development team to develop marketing campaigns in collaboration with our business partners so as to effectively engage our end-users. . Define target audience segments that maximizes impact of marketing activities to be hyper-targeted and contextual to drive better conversion and database growth, including A/B test to gain insights and learnings for each campaign. . Adopt a data and insights-driven marketing approach and optimize campaigns through analysis of channels performance and execution of new and innovation campaign ideas. . Measures and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals Partnership Marketing Identify potential partnership in the real estate space and support the Business development team to maintain relationship with key partners . Develop and implement marketing or campaigns collaterals for trade shows and provide marketing support required for events. . Chart new frontiers for The company's and push the boundaries with innovative marketing ideas to deliver delightful customer experience and create meaningful engagement with agencies and target audience Requirements . Minimum 5-6 years of experience in digital and marketing communications, preferrable in the finance/fintech space . Proven experience in managing end to end marketing campaigns including strategizing and development of integrated campaign, segmentation, tracking and analysis of campaign for optimization. . Strong digital marketing competence across performance, optimisation, test and learn, and analytics and measurement . Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies. . Creative, Meticulous and with a keen eye for details . Experience in events or trade show marketing . Familiar with tracking success of digital campaigns and campaign optimization . Collaborative team player with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and strong discipline of data tracking and able to continuously optimize campaigns effectively to deliver goals and leverage data to aid decisions . Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable working with both data and creative, and committed to excellence in project execution and excellent at managing priorities, timelines and achieving targets. . Strong comprehension ability in finance and technology related topics understanding of the Neobank space is a plus Ideally, you would possess the following traits: .
