Job Description

• Supporting role to the Senior Marketing Manager, ensuring all branding and marketing activities is aligned with the brand strategies.
• Conceptualization of advertising and promotional (A&P) plans, initiatives, and activities in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s business plans and brand strategies.
• Supervise ongoing projects and ensure smooth execution in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic marketing partners and mall operators in formulating and implementing A&P initiatives.
• Actively track and analyse brand performance through campaign results and implications to maximise ROI and report completion of key deliverables.
• Monitor all A&P expenditure to ensure conformity to planned deployment.
• Develop creative promotional campaigns to achieve sales objectives.
• Identify opportunities within the current business model to optimize revenue growth.
• Copywriting and proof-read marketing content for offline and online communication channels.
• Seek new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain good, personal relationships with community and press.
• Coordinate press/ influencer send outs (PR kits and information)
• Monitor media reporting, competitor marketing activities.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communication in the Food & Beverage industry will be desired. Knowledge on digital marketing, analytic tools and CRM to drive effectiveness and gain relevant actionable insights is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time \xe2\x80\x93 to deliver results on time and under budget.
• Ability and willingness to execute hands-on, where required to support Brand\xe2\x80\x99s development.
• Detail-oriented, independent, with excellent business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong project management skills
