As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand\'s image and driving its growth. You will be instrumental in executing the brand\'s annual marketing plans, managing PR activities, planning engaging in-store events, and developing effective CRM strategies. • Assist in developing an omni-channel plan for a seamless O2O shopping experience
• Execute the brands\' annual marketing plans which includes brand management, promotion and retail events to drive awareness
• Skilled in PR activities including but not limited to networking with key KOL and medias, developing press kits and releases and hosting events
• Plan and implement events in-stores to drive consumer footfall, traffic and engagement
• Plan the CRM strategy to grow and retain members in loyalty program
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

What you bring:
The ideal Assistant Marketing Manager brings a wealth of experience in marketing along with a strong academic background in Business, Marketing or Communications. With at least three to five years\' relevant work experience under your belt, you possess a solid understanding of marketing concepts & principles. Your excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills enable you to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with resilience to challenges makes you an asset to the team.

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• Minimum of three to five years\' relevant work experience in the retail sector
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
