Assistant Marketing Manager (Campaigns & Retail)Job Summary:Company Background: Global MNC Retail FieldLocation: CentralWorking days: 5 days, Mon - FriSalary Range: up to $7000 (Depend on experience)Key Responsibilities:Omni & Integrated Marketing Campaigns

• Collaborate with senior marketing executives to execute strategic campaign touchpoints for in-store events and promotional marketing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans, ensuring alignment across all channels, including e-commerce and retail stores.
• Oversee the seamless integration and execution of campaigns, coordinating closely with onsite management and retail operations.
• Manage the procurement of gifts with purchase (GWP), from ideation to distribution.
• Conduct post-mortem analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Retail Marketing

• Direct retail marketing campaigns that align with overall brand strategies and business objectives.
• Enhance customer engagement through meticulous management of retail touchpoints and innovative in-store marketing solutions.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with malls and brands to develop engaging in-store promotions and events.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of retail marketing campaigns and promotions to assess effectiveness and ROI.

Trade Marketing:

• Drive strategic collaborations and partnerships with brands to enhance product offerings and promotional activities.
• Develop and execute co-marketing strategies with key brands to maximize brand visibility and sales performance across channels.
• Analyse market trends and consumer insights to tailor partnership strategies that resonate with target demographics.
