Job Description

• Manage the branding of Union Energy Group and Group’s sub-brands (Union Power, Union Solar) in Singapore

• Work with General Manager to develop a marketing strategy and budget over the medium term and throughout the year; set goals, coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns within the energy market

• Build partnership and collaborate with strategic business partners to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates company's solutions in the energy market

• Plan and implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)

• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms to drive impressions and followers

• Work with external agencies to manage marketing campaigns (branding, SEO & SEM, social media marketing, PR) and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide alternatives and/or adjust where necessary to achieve the expected return of investment (ROI)

• Conduct analysis on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

• Manage the company’s website, mobile app, social media channels
  

• Degree in Marketing, Diploma, or relevant marketing disciplines

• Preferably 4 years of consumer and digital marketing experience in Retail, FMCG, or Energy sector

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing marketing campaigns

• Good knowledge of website analytics tools and fluent with marketing tools including SEM / Google Analytics / Mailchimp / CRM software

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
