Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting with the supervision of day-to-day membership administration and operations, and manage all member-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage membership team and its processes
• Prepare monthly membership reports
• Plan and execute marketing campaign term memberships
• Prepare presentations and collaterals on Membership
• Plan and execute members\' engagement programmes
• Enhance membership privileges with programs and tie-ups with key partners
• Ensure members\' requests pertaining to their membership matters are in line with the policies and Constitution of the Club
• Carry out Club research and surveys to better understand needs of members
• Constant review on the SOP of the department and ensure procedures are adhered
• Explore ways to enhance the various services provided by the Membership Department
• Ensure that members\' database and filing system are updated and accurate
• To oversee sale and transfer of memberships
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer relation skills
• Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skill
• Proven ability in strategic and creative marketing
• Self-motivated, resourceful and a dynamic team player with a positive attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the related field is required for this position
