About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Assistant Nursery Manager

to join our team at

OneO2Plants

. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring high-quality plant care, and driving operational excellence in our nursery.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Assist in managing day-to-day nursery operations and staff supervision. Support

production planning

and scheduling for hydroculture plant projects. Allocate tasks and monitor performance of nursery workers. Oversee maintenance and utilization of nursery equipment and machinery. Ensure

best horticultural practices

in plant care, propagation, and upkeep. Assist in preparing costings and quotations for tenders, working with QS & Project teams. Contribute to continuous process and resource improvements. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager or Management.

What We're Looking For

Degree/Diploma in

Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, or related field.

3-5 years of nursery or horticultural management experience

, preferably with hydroculture. Strong knowledge of

plant propagation, pest/disease management, irrigation systems.

Proven leadership in supervising and motivating teams. Familiarity with nursery equipment and machinery. Experience with costings/quotations is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office; project management tools knowledge is an advantage. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
