$4,500 - $6,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 8am - 5pm (alternate Saturdays off)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Operations professional to oversee our
Inventory, Logistics and Packing
teams -- about 70 staff in total. The role is hands-on and based on-site, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-moving wholesale environment.What You'll Do
Manage daily warehouse, inventory, and packing operations. Plan manpower and workflows to meet delivery and packing schedules. Monitor stock movement, logistics efficiency, and packing quality. Lead and guide team supervisors to maintain high standards of performance and safety. Work closely with management to improve productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with food safety and operational procedures.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in
operations, logistics, or wholesale trade
. Experience infresh fruits or vegetable distribution
