Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth communication on requirements, production capabilities and project status.
Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including budgets, systems and workflow efficiency.
Contribute to short-term planning and resource allocation to meet company objectives.
Facilitate effective collaboration between departments and management to align with organizational strategies.
Serve as a primary contact point for customers, vendors and stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong business relationships.
Work closely with staff and department heads to ensure standards and expectations are consistently met.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, and support long-term business growth strategies.
Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Strong multitasking ability, independent, and demonstrates leadership qualities
Resilient under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving
Responsible and accountable with a high level of integrity and commitment
Strong communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written
Resourceful, with good research and analytical abilities
