Palawan Beach - located on Sentosa Island in Singapore, is Shangri-La Group\xe2\x80\x99s first standalone lifestyle and entertainment precinct. Bringing colourful joys of life to our guests outside of the hotel setting Shangri-la is leveraging the decades of experience we have in hospitality, Food & Beverage, and family experiences; designed to bring families and friends together, enabling our guests to play, explore and bond together. Scheduled to open in March 2023, this iconic new beach playground will be home to several new-to-Singapore attractions. We are looking for Assistant PoolBar Manager: As the Assistant PoolBar Manager, we rely on you to:
- Support the PoolBar Manager in daily operation
- Manages PoolBar operations experiences
- To assist in maximising the performance of PoolBar
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in PoolBar
- Set and maintain service standards
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Must have experience working in a Food & Beverage environment
- Leads by example
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
- Willing to work shifts
