As an Assistant Producer, you will work closely on projects with the Producers and the production team. These projects range from high-end corporate shoots to mid-sized commercial projects. Your responsibilities will be as follows: Off-Set
- Assist the Producers to plan, schedule and coordinate shoots and pre-production meetings.
- Assist the production department to ensure that production supplies are kept neat and replenished.
- Liaise with external parties to facilitate the logistics required for prospective shoots.
- Manage administrative paperwork and accounts related to the production.
- Facilitate the smooth running of a shoot whilst on-set.
- Facilitate the craft services dept of the shoot whilst on-set.
- Assist the Producer and Production Manager with on-set duties, such as managing external parties and freelancers where required.
- Required language(s): English
- Prior work experience will be strongly preferred.
- Graduates from a Media-related course will be strongly preferred.
