We are headquartered in Singapore developing content for broadcasters, OTTs, private clients and government agencies.
ASSISTANT PRODUCER
- Entry level is accepted but compulsory to possess related media production experience (previous internship experience etc.)
- Prepare materials for production callsheet, script, talent release forms etc.
- Requistion of props and costumes and ensure they are ready for shoot
- Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production
- Manage talents, crew and see to crowd control
- Settle petty cash and submit claim form as per workflow
- Follow up on post-production schedule together with Line Producer.
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
- Arrange filing of scripts and other paperwork (e.g. compliance documents etc.).
- Arrange for delivery of items required for production.
- Arrange housekeeping to ensure readiness of the set for filming.
- Arrange production communication and meetings between production teams.
- Create daily logs of production to track progress.
- Distribute call-sheets to ensure cast and crew are available for filming on schedule.
- Maintain cash and receipts for daily cash transactions.
- Organise various production requirements.
- Provide personal courier support to production teams to maintain communication during production.
- Report issues to the production office.
