As a Assistant Product Engineer, the job purpose is to:

Maintain and Support daily manufacturing activities through on-site real time problem analysis and solutions.

Provide Quality and Reliability Wafers with cost effectiveness.

Vigilant in 5S and Safety.

Proactive to Priority and Urgency of Supply Chain and Delivery

You will be involved in:

• Product Support

- Creating and Retrain Probing and Inking recipe files.

- Wafer confirmation and disposition

- Support NPI Hardware, documentation and Setup

- Hardware logistic management

- 1st level support with internal function team on testing related issue

- 1st level support with external function team on wafer related issue

• Engineering Support

- Reduce Test Hardware defective rate.

- Improve Test yield and cycle time.

- Reduce Probing Cost

- Increase Setup Flexibility

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

Relevant Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Good Written and communication skills

Microsoft office skills

A team player with our department team members and colleagues from other work areas
