Roles:
Drive
new product development projects
from concept to launch, ensuring consumer insights are translated into winning products.
Work closely with
R&D and packaging teams
to shape product design, features, and functionality.
Manage the
product lifecycle
- from pipeline planning, SKU rationalization, to renewals and innovations.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify
growth opportunities and whitespace
.
Ensure products meet
regulatory requirements
across multiple regional markets.
Collaborate with marketing teams to build strong product positioning and launch toolkits for local markets.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years' experience in
product management or new product development
, ideally in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or personal care.
Strong analytical mindset with exposure to market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor).
Excellent project management skills -- able to manage multiple launches across different markets.
