Summary
(A) Description
This position interfaces primarily with internal and external business stakeholders to drive DBS Education Marketplace.
As a market leader in the consumer banking business, DBS has a full spectrum of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, credit cards and loans, to help our customers realise their dreams and aspirations at every life stage.
(B) Responsibilities
o Actively co-manage the relationships of our education partners and grow strong business relationships with them.
o To coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the deals are updated and the platform runs smoothly.
o Monitor/track/report customer interactions from the platform and from marketing campaigns.
o Support the execution of the marketplace platform so that it is highly monetisable and scalable.
o To execute regular marketplace campaigns to drive business outcomes and to support marketplace-wide campaigns and initiatives/enhancements.
(C) Requirements
o Degree in any relevant field
o Proficient in excel and MS Office suite of products.
o Self-motivated, able to think systematically and multi-task
o Able to work in a fast-paced environment
