Job Description

Responsible for performing equipment assembly, prioritize for NPI program, carry out testing and troubleshooting on the product to ensure that it meets customer requirements and specifications. Associate engineer also responsible in supporting process implementation and adherence set up by the engineers and also involvement in improvement projects.

Key Area Responsibilities:

1. Assemble finished goods and ensure that is meets customer's requirements and specifications.

2. Perform testing and inspection on the system including record and prepare test report, fill in checklist and assist engineer with any troubleshooting.

3. Supporting in process implementation and adherence and support engineers in improvement projects.

4. To have a leading role in new program introduction (NPI) and assist engineers with the first article, feedback and resolve technical issues.

5. Feedback on continual improvement in production to improve in terms of KPI set

6. Ensure workplace health and safety are applied and in place to minimize workplace accidents.

Requirements

1. Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechantronic Engineering


2. Ability to read engineering work instruction

3. Basic Microsoft Office Tools
