This role involves coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and supporting the development and implementation of production strategies. You also collaborates with engineering and design teams, addresses production challenges, and helps maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for optimizing workflows and achieving production targets efficiently.Be Part of Our Success

• Leading a team to manage contract manufacturing for various projects
• Manage daily production activities, ensuring schedules are met and production targets are achieved
• Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability
• Oversee inventory levels, machinery maintenance, and equipment utilization to ensure optimal production capacity
• Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement; implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management role, preferably in the electro-optics or a related industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and safety standards
• Proficiency in production management software and tools eg Production planning, MS Project
• Experience with electro-optical manufacturing processes and technologies will be an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
