Responsibilities:

HSEQ

• Ensure HSEQ rules and guidelines are adhered to in the production floor
• Fulfill product quality First Time Pass Rate target and other quality expectation set by management
• Conduct safety and fire-fighting drill in collaboration with HSE department
• Ensure the blending process and operations compliance with IATF requirement for OEM products
• Lead/validate the investigation on process/ operation deviation, NCP, customer complaints together with relevant parties

Production Operations

• Responsible for production processes and its efficiency, ensuring optimization of production capacity to increase productivity
• Continuously improvements to production facilities, procedures and increase throughput
• Work closely with Maintenance team on major/minor projects, modification & repair of plant equipment
• Co-ordinate with Maintenance team to ensure Capex items & PM programs are implemented
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of monthly stock takes for bulk materials and Packed additive materials
• Maintain, upkeep, regularly review and updates of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, IATF 16949 system and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum tertiary qualification in Engineering/Technical Stream with 3 to 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in Chemical/Petrochemical/ manufacturing management environment
• Knowledge of Six sigma, Lean management and/or Productive Management will be an advantage
