Responsibilities:

Responsible for production processes and its efficiency, ensuring optimization of production capacity to increase productivity.
Continuously improvements to production facilities, procedures and increase throughput
Work closely with Maintenance team on major/minor projects, modification & repair of plant equipment.
Co-ordinate with Maintenance team to ensure Capex items & PM programs are implemented in a timely fashion.
Ensure compliance and accuracy of monthly stock takes for bulk materials and Packed additive materials.
Ensure HSEQ rules and guidelines are adhered to in the production floor
Fulfill product quality First Time Pass Rate target and other quality expectation set by management
Conduct safety and fire-fighting drill in collaboration with HSE department
