We're Hiring: Assistant Production Manager

About Us





We are a growing beverage and dessert manufacturer specializing in soya milk, herbal tea, and ready-to-eat desserts. With both heritage products and new premium lines under development, we are seeking an Assistant Production Manager to strengthen our factory operations and support R&D innovation.







Key Responsibilities





Assist the Production Manager in daily operations across beverage and dessert production lines.





Operate and support processing equipment, packaging & filling machines, and boiler systems.





Coordinate scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.





Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSC, Halal).





Collaborate closely with R&D teams to:





Conduct product trials and pilot runs.





Scale up recipes for production.





Support new launches in soya milk, beverages, herbal tea, and desserts.





Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance production yield and reduce downtime.





Requirements





Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.





2-3 years of production experience, ideally in beverage, dairy, or dessert manufacturing.





Hands-on knowledge of machineries, filling/packaging systems, and boilers.





Experience in R&D or product development support (lab-to-production scale-up).





Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.





Knowledge of food safety certifications is a plus.
