Job Responsibilities:
- Involved in the breakdown and tabulation of materials
- Knowledge on understanding shop drawings.
- Reviewing production orders and processing schedules and deciding on the resources needed to meet those orders or schedules.
- Scheduling and plan daily production work and activities
- Oversee day to day factory and on site operations e.g: production process, maintenance of plant equipment, site installation progress.
- Supervise activities and evaluate performance of junior staff
- Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
- Implement carpentry works and inspections.
- Ensuring Proper paper work Executions and End Products delivery schedule
- Relevant knowledge and experience in carpentry and joinery work
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese with workers
- Good coordination and supervision skill required.
