Job Description

Create production schedules for production lines, ensuring that production targets are met and customer orders are fulfilled. Analyze production data and adjust production schedules as necessary to ensure efficient use of company resources. Work with the sales team to understand customer demand and adjust production schedules accordingly. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that raw materials and components are available in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules to maintain appropriate stock levels. Coordinate with quality control personnel to ensure that production meets quality standards and customer specifications. Continuously monitor production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. Prepare reports on production schedules, inventory levels, and production metrics for management review. Proficiency in MS Office and other office software, as well as good data analysis skills. Work closely with the production team to resolve any production process issues and minimize production delays and quality problems. Liaising with forwarders and customers to coordinate schedules and delivery arrangements

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in supply planning or related roles within manufacturing organizations Minimum Diploma in Inventory Management or equivalent or any other related field. On-the- job trained in the company Exceptional coordination and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills for managing customers and team interactions. * Ability to work a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays).
