Production Planner - Electronics Manufacturing

Location:

Near Hougang / Buangkok MRT (North East Line), Singapore

Salary:

S$3,000 - S$4,200/month (commensurate with experience)

Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain material requirement plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and production schedules. Monitor and adjust production timelines for efficient output and on-time delivery. Coordinate with Testing and production teams to ensure smooth workflow. Utilize ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) for material forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory tracking. Support process improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and enhance planning effectiveness.

Requirements:

Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 2 years of production planning experience in electronics manufacturing. Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams, buyers, and subcontractors. Collaborative, proactive, and improvement-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of advanced production planning and inventory management techniques. Experience in cross-functional coordination within manufacturing environments. Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
