The Assistant Program Manager is based in Kallang, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

Be the key customer contact for specific Products until End of Life (EOL).

Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures

Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

Monitor projects/programs from inception through delivery.

Confer with appropriate colleagues within Program Management, Operations and other Functions to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.

Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, the Viewpoint Relationship survey collection and related reviews and corrective actions.

Prepare program reports for management, client, or others.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience

Relevant work experience in similar capacity

Understanding on New Product Introduction and Ramp-Up activity

Excellent analytical and communication skill
