We are looking for a motivated, organized, and efficient Project Engineer for Special Projects with experience in the Access Control / CCTV Surveillance, FIDS / VCA, Cybersecurity industry. The Project Engineer will be responsible in the implementation of projects with successful commissioning and handing over.

30% - Project Planning

• Study and understanding the scope of works and the checklist input by the salesperson.
• Generate of BQ and tally with the sales order
• Submit Schematic and Floorplans for approval.
• Submit works schedule.
• Submit Products Catalogues and samples for approval.
• Design of customized equipment
• Survey the site with Sub-con and Customer before works commencement.
• Raising of PR and stock out items

40% - Project Implementation

• Attend meetings, site coordination with other parties on site, site walks with subcontractor or Client.
• Monitor and update the installation work progress.
• Track the equipment delivery schedule.
• Ensure the terminations is neat and correct.
• Regular update of the changes/amendments on system design
• Site inspection with client representative
• Perform checks on subcon\'s installation quality.

20% - System Testing

• Conduct local testing on equipment.
• Programming of system
• Testing of integrated system
• Inputting of customer data
• User Acceptance Test

10% - Admin Support and Reporting

• Compilation of O&M documents for handing over
• Submit file to Project Coordinator for checking and updating for Project Manager approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar position of relevant industry in Access Control / CCTV Surveillance, FIDS / VCA, Cybersecurity etc.
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in the discipline of Security, Electronics, IT, Computer Science or related study.
• Possess good presentation skill and knowledge in product/systems for security & ELV.
