Assistant Project Manager - SAP/JDE
1 yr contract
Location: West accessible via MRT
Salary Range: S$ 5,500 to S$ 6,000 per month (commensurate with experience) - entitled to all benefits and completion bonus
About the Role:
Manage Technical / Business Support / Operations in terms of ERP migration from SAP to JDE in fast paced programs. This also includes development of project plans, strategize resolutions to project problems, lead in project meetings, develop strategic planning and ensure the success on the ERP migration project. Possess excellent understanding of SAP and/ JDE with min 4 years experience in project management.
Responsibilities:

• Participates in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects & gathers necessary resources to ensure project completion.
• Develop professional relationships to understand each of the stakeholders needs and meet demands within the contracted scope.
• Manage Singapore ERP project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and hyper care, ensuring the project stays on track.
• Act as a liaison between different departments and for integrations, ensuring that the ERP system meets the needs of all stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure employees are properly trained to use the ERP system and provide ongoing support.
• Create, collate, and manage various documentation including but not limited to: project plans, timelines, and progress reports, system documentation etc
• Monitor the performance of the ERP system throughout the various stages and act to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other ad-hoc assignments tasked by your immediate superior / reporting.
