Job Description

Salary: $4,000 - $5,500 (1 yr contract)
Working hours: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri, 9 am to 6pm)
Working Location: West Area
Job Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and securing the necessary resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Prepares and presents project status reports to keep the project team informed and aligned.
• Establishes day-to-day operational goals for the team to achieve planned targets, budget constraints, and key milestones.
• Assists in identifying project issues and formulating effective resolution strategies.
• Builds and maintains professional relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver outcomes within the agreed contractual scope.
• Manages the full lifecycle of the Singapore ERP projectxe2x80x94from planning and design through execution and hypercarexe2x80x94ensuring the project remains on schedule and within scope.
• Acts as a liaison between departments and integration teams to ensure the ERP system addresses all stakeholder requirements.
• Identifies potential risks and implements mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Oversees employee training and provides continuous support to ensure effective ERP system adoption.
• Creates, organizes, and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, system specifications, architecture details, user manuals, training materials, compliance records, and change logs.
• Monitors ERP system performance at each project stage, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or reporting manager.
