Job Description

:
Responsibilities:

Organize and lead weekly meetings with AAIC and APRU teams. Act as a leader to drive actions and resolve issues to ensure the projects stay on schedule.
Responsible to work with Production and Facility to design the production layouts for manufacturing.
Work closely with M&T to ensure all Capex and Opex necessary for the projects are well-budgeted.
Responsible of IRF and work closely with TMT and M&T to ensure all benches and test means are available in accordance to schedule.
Coordinate with all the functional teams to prepare training package and plans necessary for the projects.
Assess and challenge the projects costs and work with Costing Manager to ensure projects costs are well-budgeted for.
Develop work packages and identify the work package leaders to help him/her to manage all the activities within the projects.
Constantly check the development and milestones of the projects. Identify roadblocks and lead the team to resolve the issues independently.
Act as a bridge between upper management and the project team to update the project progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering related field
Project Management Professional certification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of project management related experiences.
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft powerpoints
Motivated and strong leadership skills
5 days week @ Changi North with transport pick up
