Job Description

Support project delivery and on-site coordination to ensure timely completion. Monitor construction schedules and prepare recovery plans for any delays. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for optimal productivity. Resolve technical and design issues in collaboration with consultants. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and project reporting. Enforce quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site. Conduct progress meetings and provide status updates.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Preferable 5 years of relevant project experience (condominium or large-scale projects). Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.
