Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape projects.
Support project operations, including the allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Prepare and manage project documentation, such as RFIs, change orders, progress claims, and close-out reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, project progress, and safety compliance.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement scheduling.
Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and quality standards across all project phases.
Assist in preparing tender documents and other ad-hoc project-related tasks.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
What We're Looking For
A
Diploma/Degree
in
Landscape Architecture
,
Horticulture
,
Civil Engineering
,
Project Management
, or a related field.
At least
2 years of relevant experience
in landscape or construction project management.
Knowledge of
landscape construction
,
horticultural practices
, and
site management
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
; experience with
MS Project
or
AutoCAD
is preferred.
Ability to interpret
technical drawings
and manage multiple stakeholders.
A
Risk Assessment Management Level 2
certification and a
Class 3 driving license
are advantages.
Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
