Assisting senior project manager with day-to-day project delivery of industrial warehouse, storage facilities, within Singapore and wider Southeast Asia region. Role is based in Singapore.
Minutes and weekly, monthly reports, trackers and all project related administrative support.
Design/project management
Site inspection and monitoring
Risk management and change control
Programme/Schedule management update and monitoring
Stakeholder management and user requirement consolidation
Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in construction, project management, mechanical or electrical engineering or similar function
• Minimum 3 years experience with industrial / infrastructure projects
• Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
• Strong grasp of the English language (written and oral) including ability to write reports, draft minutes and attend meetings with international clients
• Experience from consultancy background is preferred.
