Job Description
A high-end developer of modern upmarket residential properties in choice locations that cater to discerning individuals with refined tastes and high expectations.
We are looking for dedicated people with drive, initiative, commitment and enthusiasm to join us as Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (Interior Design).
Responsibilities:
- Formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualization.
- Develop budgets on all interior finishes, furnishings, accessories, art works, etc.
- Design all interior details, prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board.
- Assist in developing project timeline.
- Coordinate and review drawings with contractors.
- Coordinate interior plan selections and placement.
- Possess Diploma / Degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Architecture / Interior Design for Residential / Commercial Projects.
- Possess creative flair with good knowledge of construction material and various technical / building codes.
- Committed and able to work independently.
- Able to multi-task and meet project schedule.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
