Roles & Responsibilities s:

• Work closely with Account Servicing/Project teams to coordinate pre-site work and at project/job site.
• Reporting to the Project Manager/Director on site activities, including schedule, design & delivery.
• Ensuring the projects is carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectation.
• Co-ordinate with clients and internal department for quotations and negotiation.
• Able to lead the operation team in the office renovation work
• Assist in building of sales channel and contacts.
• Liaise with landlords, management & clients.
• Maintain the working procedure and safety.
• Handle in project submission and interior work processes.
• Conduct cold calls, customer visit and sales presentation.
• Coordinate sub-con and workers for the renovation work to final hand over to client.
• Maintain and establish close relations with clients and provide feedback to them.
• Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.

• Minimum of diploma is preferably in interior design, architecture or any related corporate real estate discipline.
• At least 5 years working experience, including renovations, planning, project management, and facilities management.
• At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in commercial interior projects.
• Proficient in office interior and renovation.
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines
• Possess good leadership and commitment.
• Hardworking, good attitude, patient and responsible.
• Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to take on night work and weekends during projects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with various customers.
