Job Description
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for providing support towards the property management of SMRT shops and short-term lease spaces.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and the public visiting the commercial spaces managed by SMRT Commercial.
- Attend to tenants and shoppers\' enquiries/ feedback.
- Ensure the safety and security of the operations within the commercial spaces and extend support to the property management and marketing team.
- Support the station operations team in conducting regular checks to ensure station facilities are maintained at high standards.
- Monitor and check contractor\'s works for building defects/safety & security issues.
- NITEC in Building/Estate/Property Management or Engineering with minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in property management.
- Service-oriented with good communication skills and have a keen eye for details
- Able to work on shifts including Sunday and Public Holidays
- Candidates who possess their own transport will be an added advantage
