Of Property Officer

Administrative Functions

Lead and supervise on-site team members. Administer house rules, by-laws and statutory laws compliance matters. Prepare, convene and attend all council and general meetings of the Management Corporation. Minutes writing of all meetings of the Management Corporation. Manage inquiries and complaints. Term contracts requisition, engagement and administration through proper approval system. Correspond and liaison with government bodies, solicitors, auditors and professional consultants engaged by the Management Corporation. Ensure filing and documentation in the management office is in good order.

Financial Functions

Oversee the safekeeping of monies handled and stored in management office. Prepare and manage budgets. Arrears management. Correspond and liaison with Management Corporation\xe2\x80\x99s banks on banking and accounting matters.

Maintenance Functions

Prepare, recommend and execute work plan for all approved works from planning to closure. Service providers\xe2\x80\x99 performance management. Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance to upkeep the property in good state and operational condition. Recommend improvement / addition works / good industry practices for the betterment of the development.
