Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Food Science or relevant field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in food manufacturing sector

Responsibilities:

• Ensure documentation update and control based on regulatory and certification requirements (e.g. FSSC 22000).
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure conformance to relevant food regulations and halal requirements
• Conduct internal audit and handling of third party audits
• Ensure effective implementation of all matters with regards to quality assurance and control e.g. pest control, effectiveness of cleaning chemical
• Supervise the handling of customer complaint and review of corrective action reporting.
• Supervise implementation of product and process checking based on QAQC program.
• Supervise health cert application handling and export registration.
• Ensure implementation of annual vendor evaluation on food safety & quality.
• Provide food safety training and relevant refresher training to team
