Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external audits that is related to EHSQ or as per instruction by the Management.
  • Act as the main document controller, ensuring quality management system documentation are properly maintained, updated, retrieval and archived accordingly
  • Facilitate and carry out internal quality audit, ISO certification/re-certification as well as applying and renewal of licenses required by the company
  • Drive QC and QA activities, processes and documentations are in full compliance with Bizsafe, ISO 14001 and 9001 requirements.
  • Support sales on compliance-related and technical question from customer.
  • Evaluate, analyse and implement raw materials, process and product to ensure that guidelines and standards set by the company are strictly followed
  • Implement and establish inspection methodology and criteria for new product and Quality Plans which are adequate to meet customer requirements
  • Support Operation Department on the process & quality issue and analyze for any non-conformance arises pertaining to quality issue together with production leader and evaluate the issue to prevent recurrence
  • Establish and maintain records/reports of certifications and licenses
  • Identify and propose training needs, train and cross train pertaining to internal audit requirements etc.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and also to prepare & submit audit findings to Management team and follow up on closure of correction and preventive actions
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Facilities & Maintenance and HR & Admin teams in delivering a continual improvement and safety culture.
  • To be part of the safety committee team
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in engineering or chemistry (BS Chemical Engineering /Chemistry) or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Bizsafe, ISO 9001 & 14001 or similar quality systems and experience in quality audits and documentations.
  • Good knowledge of QC tools, concepts & methodologies will be advantages
  • Strong leadership skills including teamwork, communication and change management
