Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
:- -Liaise with Subcons and supplier's for asking quote. -Liaise with Project Engineer for submission documents. -Issue Quotation, Tender, Purchase Order, Purchase Requistion etc. :- -Liaise with Subcons and supplier's for asking quote. -Liaise with Project Engineer for submission documents. -Issue Quotation, Tender, Purchase Order, Purchase Requistion etc. -Prepare OMM Report, Approve Catalogues, Printing to Customer. -Incharge of Stock and month end Stock Closing. -Leave and Off-In-Lieu for staffs. -Prepare and update M&E shop drawing, schematic, details and as-built drawing using AutoCAD. -Prepare documentation of drawing for submission and approval. -Update all drawings as per site/vendor modifications for As-Built Drawings. -Prepare documentation for submission and approval. -Other ad-hoc duties that are required. Requirements:- . Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. . At least 3years of working experience in the related field. . Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
