As part of the Policy Development Division (PDD), the Registry of Foreign and Political Disclosures (RFPD) is responsible for the administration of reporting requirements under the Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act (MRHA) and the Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) Act (FICA). In carrying out our duties, RFPD seeks to safeguard our religious groups and politically significant persons from foreign influence.What you will be working on:The job holder will work with relevant agencies to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess and identify religious groups that fall under the purview of MRHA, and politically significant persons to be designated under FICA; \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and review workflows and operational policies to ensure smooth implementation of MRHA and FICA\'s reporting requirements; \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and enhance the online reporting portal for religious groups and politically significant persons; \xe2\x80\xa2 Enforce MRHA\'s and FICA\'s obligations, including supporting the issuance of directions and stepped-up countermeasures where necessary; \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate instances of non-compliance with MRHA and FICA; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage enquiries and feedback from members of public, religious groups and politically significant persons.What we are looking for:
