Job Description

Job summary: assist RM to manage large Chinese / Taiwanese corporates relationship.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely submission of credit proposals, deal presentation slides and manage the credit process and turnaround time.

\xc2\xb7 Attend road shows and make joint call visits to bank\'s customers with the relationship managers.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure credit proposal for corporate assets acquisition is in compliance with internal as well as external regulations, and meet the bank\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Provide review of all corporate assets and to ensure compliance with risk objectives set by the bank.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor utilization of facilities and assist to track covenants, financial statements submissions, call visits, AML monitoring, KYC reviews and all other approval conditions to be fulfilled.

\xc2\xb7 Assist the RMs in conducting stress test on business portfolio and assess impact on risk/return to the bank.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct account opening process.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with other departments including Credit / Credit Admin / Operations at branch level and at head office.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of corporate banking kyc experience.

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in conducting cashflow projection.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills (oral, written) in English and Mandarin. Role required to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
